How does the Next Level tag work in your Progression Email

This article will explain the function of the Next Level tag in Progression emails. 

The Next Level tag automatically inserts the student’s upcoming level based on their progression path, providing a personalised update. 

This feature ensures that parents and students receive accurate information about the student’s next steps and can be helpful as part of the progress and re-booking process.

Follow this guide to understand how to use and enable the Next Level tag in progression emails:

Step 1—Check and update the Sorting of Class Levels, Go to Settings, then click Levels under the Class Setup menu.

Level 2 - Check the order of the levels.

The Next Level feature uses the current sort order displayed for the levels. This order determines which level will be displayed as the next level in communications.

For example, if the current level is Turtle, the Next Level feature will identify Octopus as the next level, since it is positioned directly below Turtle in the sort order.

Step 3 - To change the sorting, simply drag and move the levels into the desired order.

Important Notes:

• The levels listed directly under the student's current level will appear as the next level in email notifications.

• This setup ensures the Next Level feature aligns with the custom sort order, making level progression clear in communications.
