How certificates are triggered and sent to the parents
There are 2 ways to trigger certificates to send to parents.
- Through the Class View
a. First, look for the class under Class List then click “Go to Class”.
- Under the Class View, make sure to grade the student and click P if the student is Progressed or NP if Non-progressed.
c. At the left bottom part, click on “Send Progress Report”.
Note: The system will send the progression email and will trigger the certificates to be attached to that email.
It will then also show in the parent portal for the parent to see and download.
2. Through the LISTS menu
- First, search for the student/parent and tick on the check box to choose
b. Click on the box “Email/Sms” to send an email
- Choose Email, then Action email and select if it’s a progression or non-progression email
d. Click “Send Communication”
Note: The system will send the progression email and will include the certificate as an attachment.
