How to disable the option for Parents to move a Booking Via The Portal

This article will show you how to turn off the feature that allows parents to move bookings through the parent portal.

Disabling this option gives administrators control over scheduling and minimizes unapproved changes.

Follow these steps to restrict parents from making booking modifications within the portal:

Step 1 - Under the Profile menu, go to Account Setting.

Step 2 - Under Account Information, scroll down to locate the Allow Moves in Parent Portal option.

Step 3 - Select Yes if you want parents to have the ability to move classes in the portal, or No if you want to restrict this option.

Step 4 - Once you’ve made your selection, click Update to save your changes.
