How to make Casual Bookings via Online Bookings

This article explains the online booking system's process for making casual bookings. 

Casual bookings allow students or parents to reserve individual sessions without committing to an ongoing schedule. 

Follow these steps to complete a casual booking through the online portal:

• For New Customers

Step 1 -  Go to the Parent Portal link and create an Account by clicking Make a Booking.

Step 2 - Fill in all required fields and set a password.

Step 3 - After creating the account, select the class you want to enrol your child into.

In the Booking Type field, select Casual Lesson.

Step 4 - Make Payment:  Choose a payment method (e.g., Credit Card) and complete the payment. 

Once the payment is successful, your child will be enrolled in the selected class for 1 day only.

Optional: Check Class Enrollment

• Log in to the portal using the email and password you created.

• Verify the class enrollment details.

• For Existing Customers

Step 1 - Access the portal and log in using your existing email and password.

Step 2 - Click Make Booking under the menus.

Step 3 - Select the class you want to enrol your child into.

Step 4 - Select the class you want to enrol your child into.

In the Booking Type field, select Casual Lesson.

Step 4 - Make Payment:  Choose a payment method (e.g., Credit Card) and complete the payment. 

Step 5 - Once the payment is successful, your child will be enrolled in the selected class for 1 day only.
