How to set up custom booking links (Smart links)

There may be instances where you want to direct customers to book specific classes only.

For example, you may want to send a link to register for a holiday program only.

The smart links feature in First Class allow you to set up a filtered booking link for pre-set criteria.

For custom links you can filter by the following criteria

• Location
• Level
• Day
• Day 
• Term 
• Teacher

You may wish to combine filters from the above list also.

How to set up customer booking links

Below are instructions on how to set up specific custom booking links in First Class

Step 1: Go to your normal booking link- eg. https://parent.firstclasssoftware.io/accountname/booking

Step 2: Apply the filters you wish to have pre-set in your smart link

Step 3: Go to the bottom of the page and copy the URL

Step 4: The link can then be shared with customer via email, social media or on your website.
