How to set up online branding

The customer side branding of your First Class account is highly configurable.


You can configure these design settings via the parent portal design feature found in settings.


Settings----Facility----Parent Portal Design


The dashboard and login notifications allow you to present notifications on either of these pages.



There are several configurable elements in the parent portal design settings including


  • Notifications
  • App Links
  • Banner Image
  • Instructions


Notifications 


Dashboard relates to the page once a customer has logged into the web portal


The login page relates to the landing page where customers can log in from


App Links


The App Links relate to the Apple and Android Links for your customer apps. If you have a branded app, your app URL links should be posted here. If you are using the First Class app, those links should be posted.


If you do not want customers using the app at all, you can leave these blank and the app reference on the portal login page and online booking page will vanish.


Banner Image


The banner image relates to the image shown on the login and online booking page. This image takes up somewhat of the page so its important that you find a good quality image that represents your brand.




Instructions 


You can also add a contact email that allows your customers to contact you directly at a centralised email as well as booking instructions to help guide the customer on key actions to complete an online booking.
