The First Class App

The First Class app is an app based version of our customer/parent portal.

Customers can log into the app using the same login credentials as the portal

Available functionality 

The following functionality is available in the First Class app

• Online bookings
• Progress reports
• Explained absences
• Make up lesson bookings
• Update account details

What is our app organisation code?

Your organisation code is the same as your organisation slug.

Your slug is the name in the URL of your portal and can also be found in your admin account settings.

eg. if your customer portal login in parent.firstclasssoftware.io/sportsclub1

You would enter sportsclub1 as the organisation for the First Class app.

Branded apps

First Class also develops and supports branded apps that leverage the First Class app back end with your own branding and style themes.

The organisation code is not needed for your own branded mobile app.
