How to Set up Header/Footer for all Email Templates
This article will show you how to set up a header and footer for all email templates.
Adding consistent headers and footers helps maintain a professional appearance, reinforces branding, and includes important information such as contact details.
Follow these steps to apply a uniform header and footer to every email template in the system:
Step 1 - Go to Communication and click Email Header/Footer under the Settings menu.
Step 2 - Click Add New Email Header/Footer.
Step 3 - Choose the Content-Type (Header or Footer) based on what you’re adding.
Step 4 - Add the content for your Header or Footer template by pasting the content into the window.
Step 5 - Click Update to save the new Header/Footer.
Step 6 - Apply the Header or Footer to an Email Template.
Under the Settings menu, go to Communication and Email Templates
Choose the email template you wish to update.
Click the pencil icon next to the template to edit it.
Step 7 - Select Enable Header/Footer to apply your new header or footer.
Step 8 - Click Update to finalize your changes.
