Setting up Email action Templates


This article will give you steps on how to set up Email action templates.


Step 1 - Within the “Settings” menu and “Communication” sub-menu, click the “Action Rules”.




Step 2 - Click the button “Add New Action Rule”.





Step 3 - Fill up the details. Set “Active” so it becomes active and displayed in the list. 

Set “Automated” and fill up the “When?” so it will send automatically based on the settings.



Step 4 - Click the button “Update” to save.



Step 5 - Now, it will send automatically to the email depending on the settings setup.


NOTE: When you make changes to the template under "Email Templates". 

Make sure to re-assign the template that was edited. 

If it's the same email name, just re-choose the email template and it should update the changes on the action
