How do I update the font of a template?
The template builder has a control panel at the top where you can select your template font, font size etc.
You can also add images and links to your template using the tools in the panel.
Can you edit the font of the embedded data fields?
Yes, you can make your data field font in line with the font of your email body by selecting the data field text and selecting your preferred font and font size.
This will result in the font of the data fields being in line with your chosen font as opposed to the default field font.
Step 4 - You may also enable the footer and header from here and click the “Update” button to save the template.
Step 5 - It will prompt a notification that the template is saved.
NOTE: When you make changes to the template under "Email Templates".
Make sure to re-assign the template that was edited.
Step 1 - Go to the Action Rules under Communication in the Settings.
Step 2 - Click on Edit on the template you edited
Step 3 - If it's the same email name, just re-choose the email template and it should update the changes on the action.
