How to book make-up lessons using the parent portal

This article will give you steps on how to book make-up lessons using the parent portal.

Step 1 -  Login to your portal account, then click the “Make-up Lessons” menu button.

Step 2 - Select the class and click the “Make Booking” button. 

Note: You can only book a make-up lesson if you have available tokens.

NOTE: FOR HOLIDAYS

If a holiday is set up for the week. For example,  June 7th is a weekend for King's Birthday and it's set as a holiday.

The customer is unable to book that day, instead it will directly allow her to book the Saturday after the 7th, which is the 14th.

It will not go beyond the next 1 available date. 

Step 3 - It will open a modal, then check to confirm you have read the terms and conditions.

Step 4 - Then click the “Confirm Booking” button. 

Step 5 - It will prompt a modal indicating you have successfully booked the student a Make-up Lesson.
