How to block customers access for online bookings

If you are using online bookings in First Class there may be scenarios where you want to prevent a customer from being able to book online.


For example, if the customer has an outstanding account balance.


The restrict online bookings feature is an ideal feature for blocking a customer from being able to make online bookings.


How to block a customers access to online bookings


Step 1: Go to the parent profile.


Step 2: On the left bottom side panel, there is an option which says "restrict online bookings"


Step 3: Click the edit option and change this field to yes.



If this setting has been enabled, the customer will be able to browse online bookings but will not be able to proceed with making any bookings.


You can re-instate their access by simply changing the yes back to no for the restrict online booking field.
