How to apply Recommended Level filtering for Online Bookings   

Some customers would like to restrict which levels existing students can book online.

We will use the recommended level feature to allow filtering for online bookings.

Here are the steps on how to add Recommended Level for Online Bookings:


Step 1 - Under the list menu, go to the All Students tab.



Step 2 - Search for the student you want to add a recommended level/s on. 

Then, click on the student's name to open the student’s profile.


Step 3 - At the bottom of the student profile, click Edit Student. Then, under the Recommended Level, add 1 or more levels the student can be booked in.


Step  4 - Once done, click Save.

NOTE: If the student has a Recommended Level, that level will be the only level displayed on the Parent Portal Make Booking Page.
