How to add levels for your classes

Levels typically tie to classes and are an important pillar of First Class.

To add levels, go to the Settings menu, then under the Class Setup tab, select Levels.

To add a level,  click  “Add New”.    

A pop-up will appear.  Enter the name of the level you wish to create. 

Choose a color for the level, upload the level image, add the maximum number of students per class and you may add a description. 

Once done,  click on the check icon button to save.

You will see a list of created levels. If you wish to edit or delete any levels, you may click the Edit (Pencil icon) or delete button (Trash can icon). 

Ideal size is 232 x 232 px with a resolution of 300 dpi.

NOTE: Hold, drag, and drop the level row to change its order.
