First Class software allows you to either upload your classes using the class sheet or add the classes manually.
To manually add new classes to your class booking calendar, under the Classes tab, select Add/Edit Class.
Scroll down to locate the class builder feature.
Step 1 - If you are running a term-based program, select the term from the term drop-down list. This will tie classes to the specific term dates.
Step 2 - Select the day and time and class duration (Eg. Click Monday, 7:00 am for 30 minutes.)
Step 3 - Select the class level and other parameters including area, location, the maximum number of students per class, instructor name and number of waitlist allowed, price type and price amount.
Step 4 - Click save to add the class.
NOTE - Created classes will be visible within the edit class section found at the top of the add class page.
TIP: Using the tick boxes you are able to add multiple classes for different levels at the same time if you desire.
