How to move/change a student's class

This feature allows you to move/change students’ classes whenever needed.

You can only move in the current week before the student's class has been completed.

If you want to move their booking as of next week you can only do this once the booking for the current week has passed.

For example, if a student has a Tuesday booking this week and it's Monday and next week they want to be in a Thursday class, if you move them now they will move to the Thursday class immediately and hence show up in the Thursday class this week.

Alternatively, if you wait until the current week's class is finished before moving, they will then show up in the Thursday class as of next week.

To do that, under the Classes tab, select Weekly view (only shows in Manage accounts).

Step 1- Enter the name of the Student in the search box

Step 2- Click the Change button in the red colour

Step3- Click on the class you wish to move them into

Step 4 - A pop will show as seen below. You may click Yes to change the student’s class.

It will prompt a notification that the student has been successfully moved to another class.
