How to manage / book classes using the Weekly view

Created by Customer Support, Modified on Thu, 24 Jul at 6:35 PM by Customer Support

This article shows you the steps on how to manage/book a class using the weekly view feature.

Step 1 - Within the Classes menu, click “Weekly View".

When you first open the Weekly view, you won’t see any classes yet.

The reason for this is that many clients complained about the loading speed of showing  ALL classes when it first opens, particularly when the next step is usually to apply a filter or two.

In this model, the page does not load all the classes; you can just move straight to the next step of putting your filter in.

Our simulations have shown it to be significantly faster.

Step 2 - Search for the student in the “search bar” field by typing the first name.

Step 3 - Click the student in the drop-down results.

Step 4 - Then it will display student details below.

Step 5 - Choose the level from the filter.

If you want to see all classes, you may choose All levels.

Click more filters to see more options like Teachers, Area and Time.

Step 6 -  In the calendar view, select the class that the student will be enrolled in by clicking it.

Step 7 - It will prompt a modal for booking details and payment.

Step 8 - You can add a discount by filling up the Discount details at the bottom left of the modal. Skip this step if there’s no discount.

Step 9 - Select the booking type of the student by clicking the booking type dropdown list.

It is defaulted to “Permanent Booking”.

Step 10 - Optional: You can toggle these 2 checkboxes if

First, you want to include the payment upon booking, which will redirect you to pay right away for the booking, and

Second, if you want the parent to be notified of the booking made via email.

If not, skip Steps 10-12 and go to Step 14.

Step 11 - If you toggle or check the “I want to include payment in this booking”, it will redirect you to the payment summary modal and need to fill up payment details.

Step 12 - Check to confirm the Terms and Conditions.

Step 13 - Click the “Confirm Booking” button.

Step 14 - Click the “Confirm Booking” button.

Step 15 - In the calendar view, it will display the enrolled students when we hover over the class.
