How to add skills / competencies to levels

Skills/competencies typically tie to the levels and classes and are an important way to measure and evaluate the student’s progress.

To add skills/competencies, go to the Settings menu, then under the Class Setup tab, select Levels.




Step 1 - Click on Manage Skills under Actions you wish to add skills to.

Step 2 -  Add a skill group for your skill level. Example: Learn to swim



Step 3 - Click on “Add Level Skills”. Choose the skill group and enter the skill/competency under the description.  Once done,  click on the check icon button to save. 



You will see a list of created skills/competencies. If you wish to edit or delete any skills, you may click the Edit (Pencil icon) or delete button (Trash can icon). 



NOTE: Hold, drag and drop the level row to change its order.
