Understanding Multi-Factor Authentication

Created by Customer Support, Modified on Thu, 6 Feb at 5:36 PM by Customer Support

The purpose of multi-factor authentication is to add a layer of security to your account.

Here are the steps to set it up:

Step 1 - Go to Account Settings under Profile.

Step 2 - Scroll down and click on Enable 2FA

Step 3 - It will open a QR code that you can scan.

You can use an authenticator app to scan like a Google or Microsoft Authenticator.

It will create a time-based code that changes every 30 seconds.

If you enable this, when you log in again, it will prompt you to log in and the authenticator code.

We recommend this to keep your data extra secure.
