In this article, we will explore the communication record of a customer.
This is a quick way of checking if a message has been sent to a specific customer.
To access this, just open the parent’s profile, and click on the Communication tab.
Under the communication Tab, you can see all email communications with the Date, the status of Delivered / Bounced / Open, and the subject of the email.
Note that the data that will be shown here is only up to the past 30 days.
