How to Move a Booking via the Parent Portal


This article explores how to easily transfer your student's booking to a different class.


Here are the steps on how you move a booking via the Parent Portal


Step 1 - Log in to your account as a parent.


Step 2 - Go to My Bookings to see the classes your student/s is enrolled in.



Step 3 -  In the Action column, select the "Move" option.


NOTE: You will be presented with two options, to move day and time within the same level OR to move to the next level. Moving to the next level will only be an enabled option if the student has progressed from the current level. 



Step 4 -  Once you click "Move," you will see a list of classes to pick from.




NOTE: If you choose to move to the next level, the classes displayed will only reflect the next level in your level order logic. (See level settings to see your order)


Step 5 -  Choose the class you want to transfer the student to.


Step 6 -  After selecting the class, click "Select" and then confirm by selecting "Yes" in the validation message to confirm the booking. 



Step 7 -  The class details in My Bookings and the facility dashboard will be automatically updated after confirmation.


NOTE: The move will only reflect for the next week if the class you are trying to move has already been completed for the week.


How do I turn on these moves feature in the customer portal?


By default this feature is turned off so you need to turn it on via your account settings if you wish to enable it for customer use.
