How to move/change a student's class

Below is a step-by-step guide for managing the assessment process.

1. How to find your class lists

This remains the same. Go to your main menu and click on class lists. The date will default to the current date however you can adjust the date picker if you wish.

Note: The current classes are always at the top of the page.

The completed classes (time is in the past) go to the bottom of the list. If you scroll to the bottom of the search you will be able to see the completed classes.

The purpose of this feature is so you don't need to continually scroll down the list throughout the day.

You can still record attendance from the class list by using the class expander on the left.

2. How to enter the class view

Click on "Go to class" to enter the class view where you can see all class details including enrolled students, attendance, notes and assessment criteria.

The notes section has been moved to a more prominent position in line with student attendance. You can view existing notes on a student by using the expander next to each student on the left.

3. How to assess students

The grading structure is much the same however there is now a greater range of colours.

The sending of progress reports has been streamlined into one process. Use the send progress reports button to select the students whose families you’d like to send a progress report to.

For faster navigation try out the next and “level, time, area” search features to quickly skip to the class you want rather than navigating back to the class list.
