How to Upload Classes (Engage)

Uploading Data (Engage)

If you are using a separate management system for your bookings and using First Class Engage for managing assessments and communication, you may need to manually sync your class list/booking data regularly.

To upload your data,  go to the Settings menu, then under the General tab, select  Upload Student Classes.

Select the file you wish to upload or drag it into the upload file section.

You will be prompted to map the columns to the correct data field.

Follow the prompts to continue.

This process may take a couple of minutes if you are uploading for the first time so please do not leave the page.

When the process is completed you will be re-directed to the Active student list.
