How to move a student directly from the Waitlist into an Open Class

This process explains how to transfer a student directly from the waitlist to an available spot in a class. This helps manage class capacity efficiently.

When a space becomes available, follow the steps to ensure the student is enrolled smoothly from the waitlist into the open spot. 

Here are the steps on how to move a student from the waitlist to an open space:

Step 1 - Under the "Weekly View", find and click the "Select Booking Status" filter at the left lower part of the page.

Step 2 -  Choose "Waitlist" to show only classes with students currently on the waitlist.

Step 3 - Locate the specific class where the student was originally booked.

Step 4 -  Select the class by clicking on it to open its details.

Step 5 - The class details will be displayed, including a list of both Permanent and Waitlisted Students.

Step 6 - Scroll to the section “Waitlisted Students" to find the student you're managing.

Step 7 - In the Action column next to the student’s name, click on the "Action" button.

Step 8 - If the class is not full, the "Enroll" option will appear. Click Enroll to move the student from the waitlist to the enrolled list.

Step 9 - Once the student is successfully enrolled, their status will change from Waitlisted to Enrolled for that class.

Step 10 - Follow these steps to ensure a smooth transition of the student from waitlisted to enrolled in the class.
