App – Quick Guide for Parents 

1. Logging In

  • Ensure you have the latest version of the app. Check for updates in your device’s App Store.

  • When logging in, select the correct program (e.g., SwimLab).

  • Forgot your password? Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and follow these steps:

    1. Tap Get Started in the app.

    2. Tap Forgot Password on the login page.

    3. Enter your email and tap Reset Password.

    4. Check your email for a reset link. If it doesn’t work, copy and paste the link into your browser.

    5. Create a new password, complete the Captcha, and click Recover My Account.

    6. Return to the app and log in with your new password.

2. Switching Between Students

  • On the home screen, swipe the student panel left/right to switch profiles.

  • In other sections (e.g., Make-Up Booking), tap the student’s name at the top to choose a different student.


3. Viewing Booked Classes

  • See your child's next class on the home screen: day, time, and location are displayed.

  • If they have multiple classes, tap "See All Classes" to view all bookings in the My Bookings section.


4. Booking a Make-Up Lesson

  1. Go to the Booking section.

  2. Select the correct student (if more than one).

  3. Tap the "Make-Up Lesson" tab to view available classes.

  4. Choose a class and tap "Make Booking". Note, you may also want to apply filters for specific days to make your selection easier.

Note: You must have an available make-up token to book a make up.

  1. Confirm the details, then tap "Add to Bookings".

  2. Go to My Bookings to ensure it’s been added.


5. Viewing Progress Reports

  • Progress reports can be accessed directly from the dashboard within the app for the selected student.

  • The progress report will show the skills they are working on, when it was assessed, the grading of that skill and how it has progressed since the previous assessment.


6. Viewing Balances & Making Payments

  • View account balances and make payments via the payments section of the app.

  • The balance owing will be shared at the top of the screen.

  • Please note, the schooling app does not currently support a payment gateway. Payments can be made by direct deposit. Please be sure to reference your invoice number or family name when making payment.
