How a customer can update their direct debit payment details within their portal

This article will show parents how to update their payment details through the Parent Portal.


Here are the steps:


Step 1 - Let the parents log in to the parent portal


Step 2 - Click “My Payments” from the menu


Step 3 - On the upper right part of the page, click on “Update Direct Debit Details”.



Step 4 - Enter the account details and click on Update.




NOTE: This feature is only available in the parent portal and not currently support in the app
