How to view, add/edit a Risk alert to a student's account
In a student profile, a "Risk Alert" typically flags potential issues or areas of concern related to a student. This could include alerts about attendance irregularities, behavioural warnings, or any risks affecting the student's enrollment.
The purpose is to help administrators, teachers, and parents stay informed of any factors that may need attention.
To view and manage Risk Alerts for a student, follow these steps:
Step 1 - Under the Classes menu, go to Daily View.
Beside each student's name, you’ll see an "R" symbol, which indicates a Risk Alert.
Step 2 - To add or edit risk details, navigate to the Student's profile and look for the risk Field where you can update the relevant information.
This allows for quick identification and management of any risks associated with the student directly from the Daily View and profile.
