How to Book a Class Through the App

This article will show you how to book a class using the mobile App. 

Whether you're signing up for a new session or scheduling additional lessons, follow these steps to book a class quickly and easily.

Step 1 - Launch the First Class App on your device and tap "Get Started" to proceed.


Step 2 - Log In. Enter your email and password, then click Sign In. 

Note: If you don’t know what to write under organisation,  please contact your facility to get this information.


Step 3 - Go to the Booking Section (see highlighted).


Step 4 - If you have more than one child, select the student you want to book a make-up lesson for.  (Skip this step if you only have one child)


Step 5 - Click the "Make Booking" Tab. This will display the available classes.


Step 6 -  Select the class you want to book and click "Make Booking". 

This will take you to the Book Student page.


Step 7 - Double-check the class details. 

Once confirmed, click "Add to Bookings."


Step 8 - After adding the booking, you have two options:

  • Click "View Booking Summary" to review all bookings and proceed to payment.

  • Click "Make Another Booking" to book another child. (Repeat steps 7, 8, and 9.)




Step 9 - Review in Booking Summary.

  • The Booking Summary will display all the selected classes.

  • Double-check that all details are correct.

  • Once done, click "Proceed to Pay."


Step 10 - Complete the Payment.

  • The app will redirect you to the payment site.

  • Fill in the required payment details and click "Proceed."

  • If the payment is successful, all bookings will be added to the My Bookings tab.
