The cancelation report list all students who have cancelled or not continued their lesson in a given time period
The cancellation report is found in your reporting menu and includes filters for a from date and a to date.
This date range will list ALL students that have an enrolment end/drop date within that date range that DO not have a current active class.
Select your desired date range and click the apply filter button to generate a list of all students who had a lesson end during that period and has no current active class.
The cancellation report will also show a column for cancellation reason which can be entered when performing a cancelation using the cancel drop feature
Please refer to the article: how to cancel an enrolment in First Class for more information on how to cancel a booking.
Note: A cancelation does not need to be performed via the cancel drop feature for a student to appear on the cancelation report. A student will be listed regardless as long as they had an enrolment end in the selected date range and have no current bookings.
Question: Will a customer be listed as cancelled if they have more than one booking and drop out of just one of their classes.
Answer: No we would not consider this student cancelled because they still actively have a booking and we would consider them in the active students count.
Example,
Term 3 ends in mid September and I want to find out who has dropped out and has not yet booked for term 4.
I go to the cancellation report and plug in a from date from September 15th and a to date until October 15th, and hit apply.
This provides me with a list of students who had bookings end between that date range (end of term 3) and who do not have a current booking (no term 4 booking)
A total at the bottom of the report tells me we lost 24 students in that end of year period.
I can then follow up with the parents of those students by using the in built email function within the cancelation report to try and revive lost customers.
