This article outlines how to view and distinguish between active and inactive students in the system. Monitoring active and inactive statuses helps with managing enrollments, tracking student participation, and maintaining accurate records.
Follow these steps on how to check active and inactive students:
Step 1- Under the List menu, go to Active Students.
Step 2 - Under Active students, you can see all active students ONLY.
You can filter the students via their lesson day, time, teacher, etc.
Step 3 - Under the List Menu, go to All Students.
Step 4 - Choose Inactive under the Status field. It will show you the lists of all students without enrolments.
Step 5 - To check those students who have enrollments, just change enter Enrolled under the Status field.
