How to send reset password via email and SMS

This article gives you the steps on how to reset the parent’s password.

Send Reset Password via Email

Step 1 - Within the Lists menu, click “Active Students”.

Step 2 - In the search tab, look for the student and click on the parent’s name

Step 3 - Under the parent profile - via Email - by clicking on the “Send Reset Password” button 

Step 4 - Click “OK” to proceed and send a reset password to your email.

Step 5 - It will notify that the email has been sent successfully.

Send Temporary Password via SMS

Step 1 - In the parent profile modal, click the button “Send Temporary Password via SMS”

Step 2 - Click “Yes” to proceed.
