Launch email is used in the launch process to give customers access to the customer portal and app.
This email will also deliver the login and password to the customers using the tag placeholders.
This is typically sent to existing customers, those already in your database.
This article will show you how to send your Launch email to your customers.
Here are the steps:
Step 1- Check your launch email under Settings > Communication > Email templates.
Step 2 - Check the content of your launch email and edit if necessary.
Step 3 - Go to Lists and find your active student list.
Step 4 - Create a test student and send the launch email to test if all details are correct and everything is in place.
Step 5 - Once you’re satisfied with the test email, go back to the Active student list, and click on Select All. Then click on the Email/SMS tab.
Step 6 - Click on Email, then look for the Launch email template. Finish by clicking Send Communication.
