How to send an Assessment or Progression report


This article gives you the steps on how to send an assessment or the progression report manually.


Step 1 - Within the Classes menu, click “Class List”



Step 2 - Select the class by clicking the “Go to Class” button. 




Step 3 - It will redirect you to the Class view page.


Click the button “Send Progress Reports” at the bottom left of the system.


Note: Make sure that the skills grading is filled out and the P or N is clicked before you send the progress report, otherwise, it will not go through.




Step 4 - It will prompt a modal that will display a list of students. 


It defaulted to select all students but you can manually uncheck it if you don’t want to send it to specific students. 


Then click the button “Send” to proceed. 




Step 5 - It will prompt a notification message at the upper right that the report is sent.
