How to edit the username and password for the staff


This article gives you the steps on how to edit usernames and passwords for all user types.


Step 1 -  Within the Settings(1) menu, under Class Setup(2), then under Team(3), click “Users(4)”.



Step 2 - Search the staff's first or last name in the search bar for easy access.



Step 3 - Expand the accordion by clicking the arrow.



Step 4 - Click the “Email” tab to update the email address of the user.



Step 5 - Click the “Edit” button to update the email address. 



Step 6 - Update the email address text field. You can also add a secondary email address if you want additional details.



Step 7 - Click the button “Update”.



Step 8 - It will prompt a notification that the details are now updated.



Step 9 - If you want to update the password of the user, click the “Password” tab.



Step 10 - Click the “Edit” button to update the password.



Step 11 - Remove the text first and input the new password of the user in the text field. The password must be at least 5 characters containing at least one upper case and a number. 



Step 12 - Click the button “Update”. 



Step 13 - It will prompt a notification, the same as the email address where the data is saved. They can now log in using the updated credentials. 




Note: Refreshing the page, will update the password text to a decrypt one. This is to ensure the privacy of every staff.
