How to enrol multiple children via online booking

This feature allows parents or guardians to easily register more than one child in a single session through the Parent Portal.

Here are the steps to Enroll Multiple Children:

Step 1 - Access the Parent Portal

Step 2 - On the Online Booking page in the Parent Portal, Create an Account

Step 3  - A registration form will appear. Fill out all required fields.

Step 4 - Set Up Your Password. On the next page, enter your password and confirm it (make sure both fields match). Then click Create Account.

Step 5 - A success message will appear confirming your account creation.

Step 6 - Add Multiple Children

• After account creation, you'll be prompted to add another student. Select Yes to add another child, or No to proceed directly to booking.

• If another child is added, a form will appear. Fill out the second child's details and click Continue.

• Repeat this process for any additional children you want to enrol. When done, select No to proceed to book.

Step 7 - Make a Booking

• From the drop-down menu, select the child you wish to book first.

• Find the desired class and select Make Booking.

• Review the class details.

Step 8 - Booking Options

• Click Continue to proceed with payment.

• Click Cancel if you do not want to complete the booking.

• Click Add Another Booking if you want to book additional classes for the same child.

• Click Save and Add Another Student if you want to book another child for the same class.

Step 9 - Complete the Payment

• Once you're done booking, click Continue to proceed to the payment section.

• Choose your preferred Payment Type and click Continue. You will be redirected to the Payment Gateway.

• Enter your credit card details and complete the payment.

Step 10 - After successful payment, a booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you used to create the account.

You can also log in to the portal anytime to view your bookings.
