How to View and Pay Invoices Through the App

This article will show you how to check outstanding invoices and make payments using the mobile app. 


Follow the steps below to ensure timely payments and keep your account up to date.

Step 1 - Launch the First Class App on your device and tap "Get Started" to proceed.


Step 2 - Log In. Enter your email and password, then click Sign In. 

Note: If you don’t know what to write under organisation,  please contact your facility to get this information.


 

Step 3 -  Tap the Payments tab


Step 4 - You will see three sections:

  • Outstanding Invoices (unpaid invoices)

  • Paid Invoices

  • All Invoices (full history of payments)


Step 5 - Go to the Outstanding tab if you want to make a payment


Step 6 - Choose the invoice you want to pay and tap "Pay Now" — this will open another page.


Step 7 - Review the invoice details, then tap "Pay".

Step 8 - You will be redirected to the payment gateway used by the facility.

Step 9 - Enter all the required payment details and proceed with the payment.

Step 10 - Once the payment is successful, the invoice will move to the Paid Invoices section.
