First Class offers both online and on-site paid training depending on your onboarding package.The following article outlines frequently asked questions about training for First Class


1. How long is training?


Typically we suggest booking 3 hours. 


2. What is covered in training?The following key modules are covered 

  1. Settings and configurations
  2. Setting up classes
  3. Scheduling/booking classes
  4. Managing direct debit payments
  5. Skill tracking and assessments
  6. Lists and student profile
  7. Financial fundamentals
  8. Communication 
  9. POS/Selling additional items
  10. Launch plan/next steps


3. What is required for training?


If you have more than a few staff attending training, its important to ensure you have an appropriate training environment set up. You may wish to consider having a large screen or projector set up so all of your team can clearly see the training. We encourage staff to bring pen and paper for taking notes.


4. What team members should attend?


It is recommended that any staff who will be using the software on a regular basis should attend. Staff who play less active roles such as teachers or supervisors can usually be tough by one of your staff that attend the main training.


5. Can training be recorded?Training can be recorded on request for online training sessions. Please note, we have extensive video training modules that cover all aspects that will be covered in training
