There may be classes that you only want to support specific payment types for online bookings.
For example, for certain classes you may only want to accept credit card payments but not direct debit.
In Firs Class, you can use the payment type setting within the class settings to enable the payment types that specific classes support.
How to manage class payment type settings
To set up specific payment types for a class go to the edit class feature and open the edit class modal
Scroll down to see the payment types options for the class.
The default will be that no payment types are assigned. When no payment types are assigned, ALL available payment types enabled for online bookings will be displayed for the customer.
If you want to set specific payment types, you can choose one or more from the available list. (This list will reflect your payment types that are enabled for online bookings)
Now when customers go to enrol in the specific class via online bookings, the selected payment types from the settings will be the only options available.
Note: This feature does not apply to the available payment types in the back end of the software. This is reflective of your general payment type settings.
