How to add an Expiry date for Discounts/Vouchers
Discounts and vouchers can be used on the back end, as well as in First Class's online functionality.
This article will discuss setting an expiration date and ensuring that the discount is only available for a specified period.
This feature allows for more advanced filtering based on terms or programs and prevents outdated discounts from being used.
Steps on adding an expiration date for Discounts/Vouchers:
Step 1 - Go to the Settings menu, then under the Manage Payments tab, select Discount / Voucher.
Step 2 - On the Discount page, you can choose the voucher/discount you want to add the expiration date to.
Click the Edit button on the right side and enter the Expiry Date, then click Update.
Step 3 - It will prompt a notification that the discount was updated successfully.
Note: If you wish to delete any of the voucher/pricing discounts, you may click the Delete button.
