How to view a list of failed direct debit paymets

If you are using Ezidebit for your direct debit billing you can view a list of failed payments via the Ezidebit report


Go to reports ---> Ezidebit report


Enter the desired date range


Then filter the report by status and select failed


This will list all failed payments in that time range.
