How to view a customer direct debit schedule (Ezidebit)

If you are using direct debit in First Class you can quickly review a customers past and upcoming scheduled direct debits via the customer profile.

Go to the direct debit tab and this will display all past and future debits including amounts, processing dates and the outcome. 

How to find customers who have direct debit set up

You can find customers who are direct debit "ready" by looking at the student lists and filtering  by the direct debit drop down. Those who are flagged as YES have a direct debit token established which means they are direct debit ready.

You can find active direct debits by looking at the payment summary report/list and filtering by the direct debit payment type.

You can also refer to the Ezidebit report and look for schedule payments as opposed to web payments (credit card). (Enter the word scheduled into the search function).
