How to Modify Enrollment End Dates in First Class
This article shows the process for modifying enrollment end dates in the system.
Editing end dates allows administrators to extend or shorten the duration of a student’s enrollment in a class, ensuring schedules align with the updated timeline.
Editing the end dates will not impact any existing invoices.
Here are the steps to make the necessary adjustments:
Step 1 - Under the Settings menu, go to Lists and click the Active Students menu, then search for the student whose enrollment you want to update.
Step 2 -Click on the student’s name to open their profile.
Step 3 - Locate the class enrollment under the Booking History - Active tab.
Step 4 - Click on the Edit button next to the End date. Input the new end date based on the required changes.
Step 5 - Confirm the changes by clicking Save or Update.
Step 6 - Ensure the system reflects the updated end date. Check the updated enrollment details to confirm the new end date is accurate.
By following these steps, you can effectively manage enrollment timelines and ensure accurate records within the system.
