How to Access Knowledge Base directly via First Class


This article shows you how to locate and access the Knowledge Base within the First Class System. 

The Knowledge Base provides resources, tutorials, and answers to common questions, making it easier to find information and support when needed. 


Follow these steps to access it directly from First Class:


Step 1- Log into First Class using the link below with your credentials. https://www.firstclasssoftware.io/action/login  


Step 2 - Once logged in, locate the navigation pane or menu. Look for a section labeled Help. It’s found under Profile.


Step 3 - Just click on Help and it will direct you to our knowledge Base site.

  • You'll see various articles within the Knowledge Base. Click on a folder to open it and browse available resources.

  • Some topics may include subcategories or articles you can search through.


Step 4 - If you're looking for specific information, use the Search feature. Enter keywords related to the topic you need help with.
