How to add/update a students medical conditions

This article will show you how to add medical conditions to a student's profile. Recording medical information helps ensure the safety and well-being of students by making relevant details accessible to staff. 


Follow these steps to accurately add and manage medical conditions within the system.

Step 1 - Under the List menu, go to All Students or Active Students.


Step 2 - Use the search bar to find the student by name.

Step 3 -  Click on the student’s name to open their profile.

Step 4 - Select Edit Student to access editable fields.


Step  5 - Choose the desired medical condition/s for the student.



Step 6 - Once you’ve made the necessary updates, click Save to confirm.
